If you are selected for verification you (and your spouse if married) and your parents (if dependent), must provide IIA with a copy of the 2003 income tax returns. SFA Program funds cannot be distributed without the verification process being completed.

Social Security Card
You must send us a copy of your Social Security Card.
You must send us a copy of your Picture I.D., preferably your Drivers License.
The Estimated Award Letter
After you have supplied IIA with all of required documents needed to award aid, an Estimated Award Letter will be mailed to you. The Estimated Award Letter will list the source and the amount of all your awards. You are required to return to IIA a signed and dated copy of the Estimated Award Letter, and you should keep a copy for your records.
Loan Request Acknowledgement (LRA)
A Loan Request Acknowledgement (LRA) will be mailed to you after we have received all required documents. The LRA will contain the amount of your student loans. The LRA must be signed, dated and returned to IIA. Keep a copy for your records.
You must print and retain for your records the following two forms:
